This website and the Online Booking feature are available on both desktop and mobile phone formats.

Accessing the Calendar
- Navigate to the online booking page, linked at the top of the website.
- Select whether you wish to book a “Full Day” or “Half Day” booking. The calendar is located on the left-hand side of the booking page. You may freely move from date to date, by clicking on any date(s) you and opposing counsel are considering. The calendar will show a full red circle or half red circle indicating the availability of the date. Dates which have been fully booked or are otherwise unavailable will not have a red circle.
- Please be aware that if you request a "Full Day" mediation on a date with only a half day availability, your mediation will not be booked.
Making Your Booking Selection
- Once you have settled on a date and time, make that selection by clicking on one of the available buttons.
- When booking a full day mediation, you MUST select the 9:00 AM time slot. All half day mediations will have the choice of AM (9:00 - 1:00) or PM (1:30 - 5:30) blocks.
- After selecting an available time and date, a form will appear, asking for required information to complete your booking request. Complete and send the form. *Be sure to list the case name.
- Please do not make a booking selection until you and your opposing counsel (and parties) are in agreement to the date and time for the mediation.
At this juncture, your mediation date will be tentatively reserved, pending email confirmation of the booking from McLain Mediation Services. Your date is not considered “booked” until the email confirmation is transmitted from my office to you and your opposing counsel.
